FAQ
Questions about documents, access and archives
What belongs in the Resources Library?
Find product documents, practical guides, checklists, webinars, interactive tools, technical articles and labelled archive documents. Explore the linked product and standards information for further detail.
How can I tell whether a document is current?
Check the date, revision or status shown on the entry. Current documents are linked from the official product or download page. For your ordered system, use the agreed quotation, released software version and project documentation.
Are brochures binding product specifications?
Brochures describe product families and typical configurations. Your project quotation, released technical documentation and agreed scope define the delivered system.
Why does the library retain archive documents?
Archive documents support installed systems and help explain earlier projects. They are hidden by default. Select “Include archive” to show them, and use current specifications when planning a new system.
