Contact requests and voluntarily supplied data
The published declaration states that personal data transmitted voluntarily by email or contact form is stored for processing the request or contacting the person. The exact production form, CRM, hosting and retention configuration must remain aligned with the legally approved declaration.
Contact and technical enquiries
What happens to a technical request
Name, company, email and the test task are needed to process your enquiry. Telephone, country and further project details are optional. The request is stored with a reference and routed to the responsible team. A receipt confirms storage; it does not confirm a demo appointment or a purchase.
Only random receipt credentials are kept in this browser tab to check an uncertain submission for up to 24 hours. Contact and project text are not saved in browser storage. The server-side request remains subject to the applicable enquiry-processing and retention rules.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The optional analytics choice does not affect the request process. Use the data-protection contact above for questions about your personal data.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Choose website analytics and advertising measurement separately. Both depend on your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Analytics and advertising measurement are currently switched off.
Google Ireland Limited provides these services. Processing by Google companies, including Google LLC in the USA, is possible. Google receives technical connection information, including the IP address, when a measurement service is loaded.
Analytics uses pseudonymous browser identifiers, page views, selected interactions and device/browser information to understand website use. Ads measurement may use advertising click and browser identifiers and the time and type of a defined outcome to attribute results to ads. The website does not send names, email addresses or form text as measurement event parameters.
Both purposes rely on your consent. Reject all optional measurement or select each purpose separately in Privacy settings. Your choice has no effect on enquiries or guide delivery. The separate email consent in a download or newsletter form does not grant consent to website measurement.
Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. This website does not implement enhanced conversions using contact data. Google explains its processing and retention in its own privacy information; the periods for measurement data depend on the service and account settings.
Withdrawing an active measurement choice reloads the page to stop loaded measurement scripts. Unsent form entries may be lost.
For the EVSE Inspection Guide, the measured outcome is “Guide requested”: the form service has accepted the form request. This does not confirm the email address or delivery of the guide. Measurement requires Ads consent when the request is sent and when the service responds. A later choice does not cause earlier requests to be counted.

Where the website forms send your information
Technical test requests use the comemso request receiver. The battery management system (BMS) whitepaper, EVSE Inspection Guide, newsletter subscription and RMA forms send the fields displayed in the selected form to the form service at v6.newsmailservice.de.
Download and newsletter forms include the displayed email consent and require email verification. RMA uses the supplied service-processing acknowledgement; it does not add newsletter consent. A technical sales request does not subscribe you to marketing.
