Configure the test and review the data in one workspace

Configure the test environment and acquire its data in the same user interface. Keep hardware control and the measurements for your EV or EVSE task together.

Functions introduced with comframe 1.0

  • Hardware integration. Connect comframe to supported comemso test systems and control the setup from the workspace.
  • User interface. Access measurements, simulation controls and test settings through a common workspace with straightforward navigation.
  • Workspace layout. Arrange panels and settings to suit the test you are running.
  • Measurement and synchronization. Use integrated oscilloscope functions for real-time signal analysis of CCS, Proximity Pilot (PP), Control Pilot (CP) and PLC.
  • Data filters. Select the EV and EVSE data relevant to your investigation and focus the display on it.
  • Test automation. Run repeatable test cycles and use built-in test libraries for the chosen task.
  • Common environment. Use the same measurement, control and simulation workspace across compatible comemso test setups.
  • Expandable simulation. Move from Standard to Professional Simulation and extend the test libraries for ISO, DIN and CharIN test tasks.
  • REST API integration. Connect remote control and automation to other laboratory systems through the released interfaces.

From introduction to the released platform

comemso introduced comframe in October 2024 as a common environment for charging-process analysis and testing. Release 1.0 followed the beta phase. The subsequent July 2025 release extended simulation, gateway and end-of-line functions.
