Customer care and support

Request Factory Service (RMA)

Contact the comemso support team to clarify the issue with your device. If factory service is needed, use the steps below to prepare the return.

Arrange factory service with the support team

  1. Contact support. Describe the issue so support can assess whether factory service is needed.
  2. Provide the service details. Provide the product name, serial number, return address and reason for service.
  3. Receive your RMA number. The service team sends the number and shipping instructions. Ship the equipment only after receiving both.

The service team reviews your request and provides the RMA number and next steps. Submitting this form does not authorise shipment.
