The comemso E-Learning Portal launched in 2022 to bring system-specific training videos together, giving customers device-independent access to knowledge about their systems.

At launch, the portal was included at no additional cost with the optional maintenance package. Access required a valid non-disclosure agreement.

The maintenance package brought firmware and software updates together with training videos for system users.

What the E-Learning Portal covers

The growing video library covered system setup, firmware updates and troubleshooting, using practical scenarios from daily system operation.

Videos also explained system functions and how they relate to standards. The portal replaced manual video downloads and automatically displayed relevant content for each user.

Help new employees get started

New employees could use the portal to learn about their system with just a few clicks. This made system knowledge accessible to every user during onboarding.

How access was provided

Access details were sent automatically by email. Customers who had not received them were asked to contact comemso Sales.
