We develop measurement and test systems that open up new possibilities for our customers and continually redefine the standards in e-mobility testing.

That is exactly what comemso stands for. Since our founding, we have been developing measurement and testing systems for manufacturers of electric vehicles and charging stations, as well as their suppliers and operators. Our customers rely on our technologies to help them develop reliable, safe, and innovative products.

Our goal is not simply to make existing solutions a little better. Our mission is to set new standards time and again.

Why We’re Successful

Our innovations don’t come from individual departments. They arise from close collaboration across a wide range of disciplines. Electronics development, software development, engineering, product management, UI/UX, marketing, sales, software testing, system testing, and customer care work closely together every day. Everyone brings their own perspective to the table. It is precisely this collaboration that gives rise to ideas that are often far greater than the sum of their parts. That’s why we make a point of working together on-site. Many great ideas arise spontaneously—between meetings, while looking at a prototype together, or during direct exchanges between teams.

1. I’ve never heard of comemso. Is that a disadvantage?

Quite the contrary.

Within the industry, we’ve been working with many of the world’s leading manufacturers of electric vehicles and charging stations—as well as their suppliers — for over 16 years.

Perhaps you’re not familiar with our name yet.

Perhaps you’ll soon be working on products that are used all over the world.

2. Do I need to have prior experience in electric mobility?

No. What’s much more important is that you’re curious, willing to take on responsibility, and ready to learn about new topics. Technical knowledge can be learned. Commitment cannot.

3. Are career changers welcome?

Yes. In many areas, they’re even actively encouraged. It’s not your resume that matters, but your skills, your attitude, and your commitment. If you believe you align with our values, we look forward to receiving your application.

4. Why doesn’t comemso offer the option to work from home?

Because we’re convinced that extraordinary innovations arise from collaboration. Many of our best ideas come about spontaneously: between R&D, marketing, product management, and sales, or while looking at a prototype together. We want to actively encourage this kind of collaboration.

5. How important is AI at comemso?

We use AI wherever it makes sense to save time. For example, for checklists, initial drafts, research, or structuring. Of course, responsibility, decision-making, and confidential company data remain in human hands.

6. What is your approach to handling mistakes?

Everyone makes mistakes. That’s normal. What matters is how we deal with them.

When a mistake happens, we want to understand what happened, why it happened, and what circumstances led to it. Of course, this also involves clarifying who was involved and why the decision or action was taken in that way. Not to assign blame, but to identify the root cause and make lasting improvements.

We don’t look for someone to blame. We look for causes.

We value openly addressing mistakes, because that’s the only way we can all learn from them and do better next time. Covering up mistakes, on the other hand, is a no-go, because it robs the entire team of the opportunity to grow.

7. What does “We strive for excellence, not perfection” mean?

Perfection can hold us back. For us, excellence means getting better every day. Is what we’re doing today better than yesterday? If so, we put it into practice. Then we learn from it. Then we keep improving it.

During a trial afternoon, you’ll get to know your future team and your workplace.
