Application for the Return of WEEE

As a company, we share the responsibility for the environmentally friendly disposal and recycling of old electrical devices. In accordance with Section 7a of the ElektroG (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act), we offer our B2B customers the opportunity to submit an application for the return of old electrical devices.

What is WEEE?

WEEE stands for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, referring to discarded electrical or electronic devices that are no longer in use. This includes a wide range of items, from small household appliances to industrial equipment. Proper management of WEEE is critical for reducing environmental impact, as these devices often contain valuable recyclable materials and potentially hazardous substances that must be handled responsibly.

How the Return Process Works:

  1. Application
    Send us an e-mail to to return old electrical devices. Please provide all relevant information about the devices, such as type, quantity, and condition.
  2. Review of Your Application
    Once received, we will review your return application to ensure compliance with the requirements of the ElektroG.
  3. Return and Disposal
    After approval, you will receive detailed instructions for the next steps, including shipping details. The disposal process will be carried out in an environmentally friendly manner and in full compliance with legal regulations.

Important Information:

  • This service is exclusively available for B2B customers.
  • Only devices covered under the ElektroG/WEEE Directive are eligible for return.
  • Please ensure that the returned devices are free from hazardous substances.
